How to Become A KDP Member

Any education major, education-related graduate student, or teacher may join KDP.  We initiate new members each year in September and February.

You must pay your national dues annually and local dues each semester to remain a member in good standing.  Local dues are $5.00 each semester (fall/spring) and should be paid at our first meeting.  After that date, a member will not be considered to be in "good standing" and is not eligible to earn PIIP points or participate in door prize drawings.

  • Completion or enrolled in at least 6 hours of education coursework.

  • 3.0 GPA

  • Complete the Member Application (use link below),

  • Pay International KDP Dues annually

  • Email a copy of your transcript to Dr. Heather Caswell at hcaswell@emporia.edu(unofficial is acceptable)
